1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the foundational legal framework governing the taka beta platform ("Site", "Service"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "member") and taka beta.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on taka beta, the user must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be truthful. If an account is opened with false information, taka beta reserves the right to suspend or cancel that account at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one taka beta account. If the same person creates more than one account, all accounts will be closed and any balance held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Your login details (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If any unusual activity is noticed on your account, you must notify the taka beta support team immediately.

taka beta may at any time request additional documents to verify a member's identity if deemed necessary. 3 Age and Eligibility

All services on taka beta are for persons aged 21 or above only. Registering on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use the platform is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may be slightly longer due to identity verification or security review.

4.3 Source of Funds

Members must deposit using their own legitimately earned money. Transactions using another person's account or card are prohibited. taka beta reserves the right to place any suspicious transaction on hold and verify it.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the member must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount — that is, a specified amount must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,200 bonus, total balance ৳2,200 and wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

5.2 Terms for Other Promotions

Each offer and promotion on taka beta has its own wagering terms, validity period and eligibility rules. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any form of manipulation to earn bonuses is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, taka beta reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account.

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• A member cannot use the same offer more than once unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• taka beta reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice.

6 Betting and Gameplay

6.1 Available Games

6.2 Betting Outcomes

7 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 taka beta's Rights

taka beta reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Registering with false information or failing identity verification.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Compromising account security.

7.2 Member's Own Request to Close

Any member may themselves request closure of their account. To do so, they must contact the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8 Technical Issues

taka beta always strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical problems, maintenance breaks or network issues. In such situations, taka beta's liability will be limited.

• If a connection is lost during a game, any incomplete bet will be reviewed.
• If an abnormal outcome occurs due to a software or system error, taka beta reserves the right to void it.
• If the site is temporarily down for maintenance, previously confirmed bets will be settled as appropriate.
